My family started a tradition when my oldest nephew was born where every aunt (there is 6 children in my family and we are all married. ) and Grandma F make a square for a baby quilt. The mother of the child does not have to make a square! It's a great tradition and a lot of fun. We all get together to give them to the child. R got hers just the other day. Here she is crawling on it. She loves it and pulls it over her head to sleep.
